Insert Image-PLEASE HELP

I really need to know how to insert image. I want to insert an image from my computer and have no clue how to do it. Anyone help?

You can either upload in as an attachment when you create a message it should be under message area.
Or you can use the gallery system to upload and organize images into categories.
