hi, how can i do a post verification before adding it to the forum so that others won't see your post before checking it? ???

A few ways but the main way to do it on a board level is to create a new permission profile.
Under Admin -> Permissions -> Edit Profiles

Then edit the profile under Admin -> Permissions -> Post Moderation and choose which groups require approval.

Last, assign the board that permission profile.
