help...regarding Shoutbox/chatbox

I've been reading some of the posts regarding problems installing a chatbox and can't seem to find my problem.  I have opened a new forum and have been able to figure out everything so far that I need...EXCEPT how to get a chatbox working.  A friend of mine allowed me to get into her forum's Admin and see if I could figure out my problem, but that has not helped.  I figure I have failed to include a step or two in trying to set it up.  Is there anyway someone could go into my forum's EZPortal and tell me what I'm doing wrong?  I wanted to be able to figure this out by myself, but I'm about to pull my hair.  By the way, do I have to get a chatbox from another site?  Or does Createaforum provide one?

First you have to enable the shoutbox in ezportal under ezportal settings
Then you have to add a shoutbox to a column such as the top, right/left sidebar etc.
Make sure when adding the shoutbox the permissions are set so all membergroups can view it

Center & Top are enabled, everything else is disabled.

Top had *shoutbox* added already

All membergroups were marked

Am I supposed to do something with the Page Manager?  Am I supposed to have a SHOUTBOX Category?  Because I do have one, but the shoutbox is still not showing. 

Where I have Center enabled, I show ParseBBC ezBlock...is that correct or should it be something else?
