Okay,I downloaded a theme,I went to the Layout settings but how do I add the theme?I downloaded a file of the theme.How can i use it?Please help me with the steps.

You can't download themes that is not supported and we do not have a download theme option......

But you can copy styles from the stylesheets forums and use them in the manage styles.
