How do I buy the rights to change the style? (IMPORTANT)

So I have been looking to change my style... and I looked EVERYWHERE to find where to buy the premium or whatever version so I can add stuff to my site. Please help.

We have a built in style system which allows you to edit the colors/css/icons for your forum.

Found under Admin -> Style Manager

It doesn't change it when i pick the ones it already has.
