Is it possible if someone could create the CSS Code for a Curve (like the Background of this site) with a Yellow Background/Black Foreground or also a Black Background/Yellow Foreground.

I was also thinking about A School Bus for a New/No New Post Sign. One could possibly say "New Post" or "No New Post" where the Name of the School goes

Really, I want to Set White as the Default Font Color. I still want the Navigation Bar the same (just a Different Color) and everything else the same just different Background Color, Font Color (that would be White), etc.
