Please help me with my cpanel/style manager

I am the owner of www.naijagurusforum.createaforum.com
i wanted to add a facebook like html button to my homepage.
I then inserted these codes in my style managers header and footer.

<html> <head>  <title>Naijagurusforum:
land of naija gurus</title> </head> <body>  <iframe src="http://www.facebook.com/plugins/like.php?href=http://naijagurusforum.createaforum.com" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" style="border:none; width:450px; height:80px"><iframe> </body> </html>

All of a sudden my site cant be accessible.
I get an error if i click the like button covering my site.
But i can see my topics only if i go through wap2
please help me guys. I cant get into my cpanel.
Because if i could i would have removed the header and footer and no problem.
Any help guys
