Logo and removal

4 quick questions.
1 how to I add Custom logo
2 how do I remove the search engine
3 how do I remove the buttons at the top eg. "Members" "home"
4 how do I put a coloured border around said buttons

2,3 some buttons can be controlled by membergroup permissions.
Home can't be removed.
