is there away to change the post from last to first post?

so the last post is first instead of last another words new to old newest first   ..

Yes -> Admin -> Layout Settings -> Member Options

Then click on both
Configure guest and new user options for this theme
And
Change current options for all members using this theme

Then find the setting called " Show most recent posts at the top."
