I would like to install a CSS Curve theme from a .zip file, and I don't know how to do it. Could someone give me a simplified set of instructions, because I read up on how to do it, and I didn't understand it.

We don't have that option.
You can create styles using the style manager

Okay, is there any websites where I can copy and paste pre-made CSS styles from?

We have about 20 premade ones in the style manager area.
