Thank's admin but I already know that the part I do not know is that hen I put a URL into it it just show's me a little box instead of the image any idea's

but here is the url image https://pasteboard.co/ISxogoJ.png when i usually put it in it just goe's on top of the forum i want it to replace it

That website won't work to host images.
Use our image hosting option under admin -> style manager -> image hosting
