Hey how do i edit my forum's background image or colour

I've only been looking at the forum for a while but 2 ways come to mind change the style or edit the css for the selected style

yeah but where about's in the CSS my friend know's CSS but she added the hex code and it did not work

Dont know but look for background as the Css is tagged with the sections they relate to
