a premade style

hi all
i am clueless at CSS and have learning difficulties so trying to learn is imppossible.
I am looking for something like this http://www.awesomestyles.com/phpbb3-styles/view/rainbow
what i can copy and paste into the styles and use it as my forum style.is there anyway to convert this

You'll have to manually convert it but I'd be happy to help you with any difficulties you have with CSS
All codes I make are tested on the latest version of Google Chrome and upon request of other browsers.

Designing graphics is different from coding but you can always learn

Its all so complicated,i would love to be able to make styles,its having the time to learn LOL
i have two children with autism and two with epilepsy so i dont often get enough time on the pc.

it as been suggested to change the background to a rainbow picture how do i change the background please
