Where are you wanting the link at?

Well there are a few options:

Put it in an EzBlock
Check out the EzPortal Guide and make an HTML block.
Then use the following code to create a link for the box
<a href="URL HERE">LINK TEXT</a>
Use a redirect board
Admin > Boards
When you create a board, there is a check box in the lower section of that screen that says "Redirect to a web address:" (check this)
When you check that and put the URL for the site you want it to redirect to, it will appear on your forum like it's an actual board. But with a redirect image next to it.
When they click the link to view the board, they'll be redirected to your site.

Put it in your headers
Use the HTML code above and place it in your headers (Admin > Style Manager)
You can also use an image with it. So when they click the image they'll be redirected. To do that, use the code below:
