Bulk uploading pictures

When I try to use the bulk uploader starts but never uploads anything.  And the progress bar graphics display as a broken link.

Are there actually any people on here to answer questions/solve problems???
I could have SWORN when I PAID for this site that there was going to be support available.

Should be fixed now sorry for the delay. We do not have any support members at this time that are able to help out.
