photo beside your subject heading

hi guys, seen this on another forum, when you upload a photo, a photo will be place next to the subject heading.
how can i set this up please.

I figured out the url you are trying to post and took a look to see what it is you are looking to do.
There isnt a way to do that.   

That forum isn't with this service.   They are hosting the forum themselves and are using a modification or something that allows them to do that.
