Removing the word filter

I can't seem to find where to remove the word filter on my forums. I guess one of my co-admins turned it on somehow, so now all curse words are censored, however we decided to remove it and I can't find where. I have searched for ages. Could anyone help me with that please?

The word filter is auto turned on if there are no ad free credits on the forum that is currently the only way to remove it completely.

CreateAForum is required to turn on the word filter or face penalties
