Background Editing problems

Hello there, I was wondering if it is possible to change the background of my forums page? I would like to change it to an image i have here readied out. if it is possible, can you guys tell me where the code is located? im not that much knowledgeable in CSS. im only good at C language. I'll just learn out on how I can add the code, but i just don't know where to place it. Please help, thank you.support

Admin CP > Style Manager > Create Style
