It says im Banned after Re-storing my PC

The title says it and this is what it says:
An Error Has Occurred!         Sorry Guest, you are banned from using this forum!
This ban is not set to expire. I had to restore my computer, But now it says im banned. I am owner of the forums that says that, so any help?

When you setup your forum. You were emailed a link which says your fixcp username and password you can use that to delete bans on your forum if needed

All though it didnt work. I deleted all bans, but it still won't work.

Whats your forum url?
I would also try clearing your cookies in case.
