You really don't need to worry about them, like CAF said. They go away after a while too (they'll naturally re-appear, though).

Please is there anything that can be done to stop these 'guests' I don't see them in this CAF support forum so i wonder why they should be in my forum

They're all over this one.
 
Pretty sure they're just search bots. Not much to worry about.
