site not loading

When my site does load, it loads so slowly that it's painful. And I'm used to Dial up, and it's painful even coming from that.


Help! We just started this site and it's not really usable right now.  :(

I'm having the same problem too with my site and once in a while it'll happen to all createaforum sites.
