Okay, so I've seen sometimes I was banned on some websites which I see for first time. My IP is static. I don't know why anyone would ban me on a site that I see for the first time. I'll describe the mistake many people do when they ban people.

So let's say there is an IP address 91.144.100.100 which is dynamic and looks like I have to ban 91.144.*.*, but no! That's not the correct way of you doing it. Even if it seems that the range is 91.144.*.*, it doesn't mean that it's true. I've found a pretty useful page about this: http://www.nirsoft.net/countryip/. I select the appropriate country for the IP address (in this example, Hungary), i click it, then i search for 91.144 on the page. And i see that it's not 91.144.*.*. It's 91.144.64-127.*. If you don't get what it means, these are IPs 91.144.64.*, 91.144.65.*, 91.144.66.* ... etc ... until 91.144.127.*.

People, please don't make such mistakes.
