i lost 10$ because of this no captcha,ip spam problem

I started advertisement of my site(http://freebiesforum.mobi) with 10$ but only got 2 member other users got problems like IP spam and no captcha will admin plzz solve these two problem.I think almost all webmaster facing the same problems. we are losing our member admin plzz try to solve it.

Those two are requirements otherwise you would get spam.
