Error rejecting application for access

When I reject a new user application, I get a message like this:

Database Error
Table 'createaforum.xxxxx_social_logins' doesn't exist
File: C:\Inetpub\createaforum\Sources\Subs-Members.php
Line: 386

DELETE FROM xxxxx_social_logins
WHERE id_member IN (58)
------------8<------------
(xxxxx is substituting for my forum name)
