Email issue

hi,


I have a member who used the forgot your password option and didn’t receive an email, she checked her junk mail folder in case but nothing arrived. I tried with mine and it came instantly. Is there anything that could be stopping why hers didn’t? Or a setting either she needs to change, or I need to change?

What isp is it? Like hotmail.com gmail etc Email doesn't always get delivered depending on certain factors.
