Create A Forum - Support Forums

Is there any way to make a system that will allow an admin to basiclly copy a topic to another section of the forum? The reason being is that i run an computer support forum and i like to pin topics to the operating system sections but some of those are the same thing and it takes me a while to add a new topic to each board then copy the text and so on...

There is an option to move any topic at the bottom of every topic, in the bottom right corner of the last post of a page. Or you can modify any post and click the Additional Options link and move the topic like that.
