Create A Forum - Support Forums

I was wondering if you could (if there isn't already a way) do this too   


We have about 2000 posts on our old forum hosted by easyphpbb, and it would be great to shift all the posts over to our new Create A Forum one. If there is already a way to do this, could someone please give a step by step (I would be so grateful, I'll give you good Karma for sure) if not then it's a suggestion
