Automatically Posting Twitter Messages
« on: May 11, 2023, 11:50:57 am »
In the same way you automatically post youtube videos from a URL provided, it would be nice if you could do the same for tweets.

As an administrator with ability to use the < html > tag, I can use twitframe

<iframe border=0 frameborder=0 height=950 width=400
 src="https://twitframe.com/show?url=https://twitter.com/_JessHayden/status/1589617140705169408">
</iframe>

but Joe Public cannot. If you could somehow make this happen without opening up users to the html tag, that would be great.

The other wrinkle is the size of the iframe is fixed while tweet sizes are variable, so it needs tweaking for each post.
On the twitframe site they seem to indicate you can adjust this automatically, but it's all Greek to me
