We have just added to Create A Forum an emoji select box system!
By clicking on a smiley face above the editor.

This works in code view version of the editor area and on the full site version of Create A Forum

Attached a screenshot


You can also disable this by going to Admin -> Post and Topics then clicking on "Disable Emoji Selector in Posts"
