New Feature: Auto Post Topics to Facebook

Added a new feature in the admin area called FB Post Topics System which functions the same way as the Twitter topics system.

When a new topic is created in a selected board it will autopost to Facebook the subject line and a link to the topic from the forum. Should be a good way to help increase traffic and participation to your forum.
