Create A Forum - Support Forums

hi i have only just set up a forum today and my site is called http://openbor/beats/of/rage/dc/pc/only.com but when i type in this url it doesnt come up i need help how do i put this on the internet to let people know about this site also when i type in  http://openborbeatsofragedcpconl.createaforum.com this seems to work fine my forum comes up but i still need help putting this on the internet so people can see it and visit the site to see what they think i have also asked people to come and join me anyone is welcome but i would mostly like people who know alot about openbor or beats of rage builds and games i would like peoples views and ideas and people who can make openbor games i myself would like to learn how to make games but i havent got a clue to be honnest with you so if anyone can just help me post my site on the internet then thank you very much im robertson123 nice to meet anyone who wishes to check out my site and help me out im also looking for a guy called ripfire he makes openbor builds and games hes done alot of dreamcast games i would like him to also come and join my site i believe he can offer alot to this site im still trying to get in touch with him im not sure of his whereabouts so if anyone knows this guy maybe you could send him a message to check out my site once its on the internet so once again many thanks to whoever can help me out on getting this site up and running and most important get this sit reckonised by people who enjoy playing these games
