Need help to put my fourm out on the www?

Anyone know how I can get my fourm out to the public?  I had a website but FB and web.com ripped me off. FB was getting me hits from people that lived all over the world and had o interest in my fourm. So I fought for my money back which was hell, but I did get it back after months.  So if anyone knows how I can get out on the www.  Be a Big help.

I suggest telling friends, posting in social media.
But to get people to stay you need good content/posts

Thank you.  FB and webcom wanted me to pay advertising monthly to target those interested in my topic.
