STRANGE DOMAIN FINDINGS?

Hello, I purchased my own domain name through the forum.  I made contact with Godday and they told me the domain name not in my name?  The name it's in starts with a V?  Can you please give me insight how come the domain is not in my name?  I'm unable to move on with my future plans to get things up and running.  Please explain? I think createafourm owns my domain?

Whats the domain? Normally we do not buy domains for customers. I think I bought one for you the roadtoiron one.

Yes that's it.  I'm unable to access they said because it is not in my name.  Please let me know what i should do.
