How do I delete the forum icon and move the boards and categories into my home page plz help

You can upload a 1x1 pixel as the category icon when creating the forum and that will get reid of the board icon.

but where is it on admin i already changed my board icon

Admin -> Manage Boars then edit the board whose icon you want to remove.
