Create A Forum - Support Forums

Hi. I have searched the boards but I have not been able to find what I am looking for. No doubt there is information there somewhere which I have clearly missed. Anyway, my question is, unfortunately, being a novice, I do not understand the amount of options for "tokens" "credit" add free options etc; Could you possibly tell me in easy terms what I must do/purchase to make my forum more personal and to have the "Free forum" info removed from the bottom of the page please?
