Please help me!

I've created a forum named 'Extreme Stunting Generation'. Everyone, from every country can register except my friend from Russia. He gets this when he wants to connect to a forum:





How can I fix this problem, tell me please.

I have russia disabled due to antispam I would need your forum url to add an exception.
