sorry, how do you do this, where to ?
Upload your logo image to someplace like Imageshack/Photobucket/Tinypic
After uploading the image get the direct link to the image.
To put it on your forum:
Go to:  Admin > Layout Settings > Theme Settings
You'll see the box to put the Logo Image url in on that page.
