Attachment problems?

My members are having problems all of a sudden on opening attachments? whats up??

I think the issue is with your custom domains. If you did not change it until recently attachments uploaded recently will be lost since they are on the old server and will need to be reuploaded.

That does not make any sense, wouldn't the attachments be part of the back up from the forums?

They were but you are still pointed to the old server which caused the issue and they were missed in the backup since the site wasn't repointed over to the new server. All old attachments prior to 4/5/2013 should be on the new site.
