Video uploads and mobile viewing options

I want to create a forum for my mobile game league. We use a lot of video so I want to know what is the file size and overall data limits for a forum.
Also its a mobile game so everyone uses their phones so I need a forum that has a mobile viewing option or a mobile app. Is that available?

We have mobile theme and you can link your forum to tapatalk.

Uploads you have total size of 20mb by default max I believe is 5mb per file upload. This can be increased we have 1 gig packages but we are not really meant to be a file hosting service.

There are no limits on number of posts/topics/members.
