Create A Forum - Support Forums

Hi,
I'm new to this site as well and I logged in and clicked on the Admin link. From there, click on "Features and Options" and after that click on "Boards" on the left hand side. On that page, you will see some links toward the top of the section (not at the very top, though). Click on "Create New Category" and you're ready to name and order them.
I know nothing about your server question.

Go to the "Boards" section in your Administration center. You will see a button that says "Create New Categories" It is above all the current boards on your forum.
Step 1: Go to Administration Center
Step 2: Find the "Settings" Button
Step 3: Look to the left of the "Settings" button
Step 4: Et voila! There is the "Create New Categories" button. Click on that and fiddle around with the options.
